What we collect, and what we do not.

This site

botsondeck.com is a static site. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics unless this page says otherwise. If we add analytics later, this section will name the tool and what it records before it goes on.

If you email us at hello@botsondeck.com, we keep the email so we can answer it.

The free plugin

The BotsOnDeck WordPress plugin runs on your own site. With no Pro license it does these things and nothing else:

• Parks what your own SuperGrok sends as a draft in your WordPress, on hold, until you publish it.
• Adds the line "Drafted with BotsOnDeck." to the end of each draft it parks, linked to this site.
• Sends a daily heartbeat to BotsOnDeck: your site address, the plugin version, whether a Pro license is active, the date of the last publish, and whether the site answered. No article text, no drafts, no visitor data.
• Keeps a site token and a site secret on your server so the plugin can prove it is your site. You can rotate them from the plugin screen.

We never hold your SuperGrok keys. Your Grok Bot stays in your xAI account. We do not install bots into it and we cannot read it.

Pro

With a Pro license the plugin calls BotsOnDeck's service to do the crew's work. That adds:

• Job files. The crew's current instructions are delivered to your SuperGrok at run time while your license is active. They are not stored in your Grok account.
• The check. A draft is sent to our service to be checked and, if automatic approval is on, to have its pass signed. We keep the pass record (draft id, a hash of the text, the result, the time). We do not keep the article text after the check.
• Learned rules. Your send-back reasons, edits before Publish, and approvals become rules for your site. They are stored in the plugin's tables on your server and, as the copy of record, on BotsOnDeck's service tied to your license. You can read and clear every rule in Settings. You can export them. If your license lapses, we keep them for 90 days, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Sharing with other shops is off until you turn it on. When it is on, only generated demo stills, the reason you sent them back, the trade, and the prompt used are shared. Never your own photos, never your articles, never your name.
• The record. Who approved what, and when, stays in your WordPress. Our service keeps the same record for your license.

Your photos and articles

Your own photos never leave your site. Your articles are yours. If you uninstall the plugin, every article and picture stays in your WordPress. We never rewrite a published post.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent any of this to anyone.
• We do not train a model on your articles or your photos.
• We do not read your site's visitors, your customers, or your WordPress users.

Deleting everything

Uninstall the plugin and it removes its options and secrets from your server and tells us to close the record for that site. Email hello@botsondeck.com to have anything we hold for your license deleted sooner than the 90 days.
